Abboo Candle Co. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
Effective Date: March 12, 2026
To protect the integrity of the Abboo Candle Co. brand and support the hard work of our retail partners, we have established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. This policy ensures that all retailers maintain a consistent value for our products, regardless of their location or sales channel.
1. MAP Pricing Schedule
Retailers may not advertise the following products below the prices listed below:

- 20 oz 3-Wick Candle $38.00
- Reed Diffuser $30.00
- Room Spray $16.00
- Gold Tin Candle $14.00
- Boxed Car Diffuser $13.00
- Wax Melts $7.00
- Wholesale-Exclusive Items: There are currently no MAP requirements for the 9 oz Twist Lid Candles or Unboxed Hanging Car Diffusers. Retailers are free to price these items at their own discretion.
2. Policy Scope
- Advertising Defined: This policy applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to: print, social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), email marketing, and website listings.
- Selling Price: MAP applies only to the advertised price. Retailers remain free to sell Abboo products at any price they choose within their physical storefront.
3. Promotions & Discounts
- Limited-Time Sales: Retailers may offer short-term promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Anniversary Sales) that temporarily reduce the price below MAP. These events should not exceed 7 consecutive days without prior written notice to Abboo Candle Co.
- Bundling: MAP is not violated when products are bundled together or with other brands, provided the effective advertised price of the Abboo product remains at or above the MAP.
4. Policy Enforcement
Abboo Candle Co. monitors advertised prices across all platforms. In the event of a MAP violation, the following steps will be taken:
- First Violation: A written warning and a request to correct the advertised price within 24 hours.
- Second Violation: A 30-day suspension of wholesale ordering privileges.
- Third Violation: Permanent termination of the wholesale partnership.
5. Policy Updates
Abboo Candle Co. reserves the right to modify the MAP schedule at any time. Retailers will be notified of any changes.
