Shipping policy

Wholesale items are made-to-order. We process & ship orders on Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays when UPS is closed. Average wholesale production time is 10 days plus shipping transit time. Our current production time is always listed in the banner of our homepage.  

Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions. 

Orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided via email.

Local pick up is available. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery at this time.

We do not drop-ship.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items. These photos will be required for us to file a claim with the post office or UPS. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up. Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by Abboo Candle Co at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, you will have the option of selecting a comparable item or a refund for the item(s) that are unusable.

The least expensive shipping option will be utilized, regardless of what is selected at check out, for orders using a free shipping promotion or discount. This includes redemption of rewards points.
