Ready to Sell Abboo Candles?

Here's what you'll need:

A State Tax Resale ID Number: This helps ensure you're exempt from sales tax on wholesale purchases.

Complete our Online Application: It's quick and easy! We'll review your details to make sure we're a good fit for each other.

Have a Website (required for Online Only Retailers): We want to make sure you have a dedicated space to showcase Abboo Candles to your customers.

Minimum Orders:

Opening Order: $180 (equivalent to 1 case of 12 tumbler candles).

Reorders: No minimum for reorders placed directly with us on our website. There's a $100 minumum for reorders on platforms like Faire because they charge us a commission.

No MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): Order as much or as little as you need!

Payments:

Payment is due at the time you place your order unless we have another arrangement in place.

Orders cancelled after production begins will incur a 15% restocking fee. For orders cancelled after shipment, the fee is 15% plus both return and original shipping costs.

Production Time:

We craft each candle with care! Our average production time is 7-10 business days, but this can change. Be sure to check the banner on our homepage for the most current timeframe.

Need your order sooner? Contact us prior to placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Discounts & Promotions:

Wholesale orders are not eligible for discounts, coupons, or sales advertised to the general public. At times we may have wholesale exclusive discounts and promotional offers.

We have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy to ensure fair pricing for everyone. You'll find suggested retail prices and MAP on our line sheet.

Abboo products cannot be sold on third-party websites like Etsy, Amazon, Poshmark or Ebay.

Shipping:

We use UPS for shipping and the buyer is responsible for the charges.

Local pick-up is available in Fortville, IN!

If you are interested in drop shipping, check out our store on Shopify Collective.

We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, email us with photos and we'll replace the items or issue a credit.

Returns & Exchanges:

Unfortunately, all wholesale sales are final. We don't offer buy-backs, credits, or exchanges. In rare cases, we may approve an exception, but the buyer will cover all shipping costs.
