Welcome to the Abboo Candle Co. wholesale family! We are delighted to partner with you. This document outlines the terms and conditions of our wholesale program to ensure a clear, fair, and mutually successful partnership.

1. Becoming a Retailer
To become a wholesale partner, prospective retailers must complete our online wholesale application. We welcome applications from both brick-and-mortar stores and online-only retailers. We require a copy of your business registration and tax certificate to approve your account. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications at our discretion.

2. Ordering & Pricing

How to Order: All wholesale orders must be placed through our private wholesale website, accessible only to approved accounts. For third party platform shopping, you can find Abboo Candle Co. on Hubventory, Fashion Go and Faire.

Order Minimums: A minimum order of $180 is required for all opening orders. We are pleased to offer no minimum requirement for all subsequent reorders placed direct with us on our wholesale website.

Direct Partner Discount: To ensure our direct partners always receive our best pricing, please use code SAVE10 at checkout for 10% off all orders of $100 or more. Valid only for orders placed on our wholesale website.

Product Flexibility: All products can be ordered individually. We invite you to mix and match scents and products to curate the perfect collection for your shop.

3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time your order is placed. We do not offer Net 30 or other credit terms.

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other methods available through our secure Shopify-powered checkout.

For qualifying orders, you may also have the option to pay in installments through Shop Pay Installments. Please note that eligibility and payment terms for this "buy now, pay later" service are determined solely by Shop Pay at the time of checkout.

4. Production & Shipping

Production Lead Time: Our standard production lead time is typically 7-10 business days before your hand-poured order ships. To ensure we can continue to craft every product with care, lead times may extend to 10-14 business days during our peak seasons (typically September through December). We strongly encourage placing holiday orders early. For the most accurate, up-to-the-minute lead time, please always refer to the announcement banner on our wholesale website.

Shipping Carrier: Our primary shipping carrier is UPS Ground. Express shipping options may be available upon request; please contact us at michelle@abboocandleco.com before placing your order to discuss arrangements.

Shipping Costs & Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and destination of your order. A nominal handling fee of $5 is applied to each order to cover the cost of boxes and packing materials to ensure your order arrives safely.

Shipping Accounts: We do not accept retailer's own shipping accounts or labels for orders.

Service Area: At this time, we ship wholesale orders within the USA only.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Damaged Goods

Returns & Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Cancellations: Cancellations or amendments to an order must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders canceled after 24 hours may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damages or Discrepancies: Please inspect your order thoroughly upon receipt. Any claims for damaged items or order discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. To file a claim, please contact us via email or text with your order number and include clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box. If available, we will ship replacements for damaged items at our expense. Otherwise, a refund for the value of the damaged items will be issued.

6. Reselling Policies

Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy: All wholesale partners must adhere to our MAP Policy. You can view the full policy here.

Approved Selling Venues: Abboo Candle Co. products may be sold at the approved brick-and-mortar location(s) and on the retailer's own branded website.

Prohibited Selling Venues: Selling Abboo Candle Co. products on any third-party marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Faire, etc., is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7. General Terms
By placing a wholesale order with Abboo Candle Co., you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and to stop selling to retailers who do not comply.
