Welcome to the Abboo Candle Co. wholesale family! We are dedicated to providing independent retailers with high-quality, hand-poured fragrance and a transparent, supportive partnership. This document outlines our terms to ensure a clear and successful relationship.

1. Becoming a Retailer

To join our retail network, prospective partners must complete our online wholesale application. We welcome applications from brick-and-mortar stores, home decor shops, gift boutiques, and branded online retailers.

• Requirements: A valid business registration and tax certificate are required for account approval.
• Discretion: We reserve the right to approve or deny applications based on brand fit and geographic proximity to existing partners.

2. Ordering & Pricing

• How to Order: All wholesale orders should be placed through our private wholesale website for the best pricing and lowest shipping rates. While we maintain a presence on select third-party platforms, direct orders grant you exclusive access to our full catalog and sampling programs.
• Order Minimums: * Opening Orders: $150 minimum.Reorders: $0.00 minimum. We believe in helping you keep your inventory lean and your shelves fresh.
• Product Flexibility & Case Packs: * To provide maximum flexibility, the majority of our line can be ordered as individual units (no case packs required).9 oz Twist Lid Jars and Unboxed Hanging Car Diffusers are sold in Case Packs of 4 to ensure efficient production and shipping.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment at Checkout: Full payment is required at the time the order is placed. We do not offer Net 30 or other credit terms for direct orders.
• Accepted Methods: We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal through our secure Shopify-powered checkout.
• Installments: For qualifying orders, you may select Shop Pay Installments to split your purchase into four interest-free payments. Eligibility is determined solely by Shop Pay.

4. Production & Shipping

• Production Lead Times: * Standard Items: 5–7 business days.Wholesale 9 oz Jars & Peak Season (Oct–Dec): 10–14 business days.Please refer to the announcement banner on our website for the most current, up-to-the-minute lead time updates.
• Shipping Carrier: Our primary carrier is UPS Ground or UPS Ground Select.
• Shipping Costs (Direct Orders):Orders $299+: FREE Ground Shipping.Orders under $299: $20 Flat Rate Ground Shipping.
• Third-Party Platforms: Orders placed via external marketplaces are subject to carrier-calculated rates and a $4 handling fee per package.
• Service Area: We currently ship wholesale orders within the USA only. We do not accept retailer-provided shipping accounts or labels.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Damaged Goods

• Final Sale: Due to the hand-poured, made-to-order nature of our products, all wholesale sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Cancellations: Requests to cancel or amend an order must be made within 24 hours of placement. Cancellations requested after 24 hours may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Damages or Discrepancies: Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Damaged items or order errors must be reported within 5 days of delivery. To file a claim, email michelle@abboocandleco.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.

6. Reselling Policies

• MAP Policy: To protect the value of the Abboo brand and your margins, all partners must adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.
• Approved Venues: Products may be sold at your approved physical storefront(s) and on your own branded website. In person pop up market sales are also permitted so long as Abboo Candle Co is not a vendor at the same event.
• Prohibited Venues: Selling Abboo Candle Co. products on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

7. General Terms

By placing a wholesale order, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and to terminate partnerships with retailers who do not comply with our policies.
