Abboo Candle Co. Wholesale Shipping Policy
Effective Date: June 13, 2025
This policy outlines the shipping procedures for all wholesale orders placed with Abboo Candle Co. Our goal is to ship your order in a timely and secure manner.
1. Production & Lead Times
As all our products are hand-poured with care in our Fortville, Indiana studio, a production lead time is required before your order can be shipped.
- Standard Lead Time: Our standard production lead time is typically 7-10 business days.
- Peak Season Lead Time: To ensure we can continue to craft every product with care, lead times may extend to 10-14 business days during our busiest seasons (typically September through December).
The most current lead time will always be posted in the announcement banner on our wholesale website. We strongly encourage placing holiday orders early.
2. Shipping Process
- Carriers: Our primary shipping carrier is UPS Ground.
- Expedited Shipping: Express shipping options may be available upon request. To inquire about expedited shipping, please contact us at michelle@abboocandleco.com before placing your order to discuss arrangements and receive a quote.
- Shipping Accounts: We do not accept retailers' own shipping accounts or labels for orders.
- Service Area: At this time, we ship wholesale orders within the USA only.
3. Shipping Costs & Handling Fee
- Shipping costs are not included in the wholesale pricing. Real-time shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of your order.
- A nominal handling fee of $5.00 is applied to each order to cover the cost of boxes and professional packing materials to ensure your order arrives safely.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled and a shipping label has been created, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your UPS tracking number.
5. Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the retailer to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Abboo Candle Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the retailer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
