This policy outlines the shipping procedures for all wholesale orders placed with Abboo Candle Co. Our goal is to provide a reliable, transparent, and secure shipping experience for our retail partners.

1. Production & Lead Times

Every Abboo product is hand-poured with intention in our Fortville, Indiana studio. Because we pour-to-order to ensure maximum fragrance freshness, the following production lead times apply before your order ships:

• Standard Lead Time: 5–7 business days.
• Wholesale 9 oz Jars & Peak Season: 10–14 business days. This applies to all orders containing 9 oz Twist Lid Candles and all orders placed during our peak holiday window (October through December).
• Live Updates: For the most current, up-to-the-minute lead time, please always refer to the announcement banner at the top of our wholesale website.

2. Shipping Rates & Incentives

We offer exclusive shipping perks for partners who shop directly with us to ensure you keep your "landed cost" as low as possible.

• Direct Orders (www.abboocandlecowholesale.com):
  Orders $299+: FREE Ground Shipping.
  Orders under $299: $20.00 Flat Rate Ground Shipping.
• Third-Party Platforms (Faire, etc.): Shipping costs are calculated by the platform based on weight and destination. A $4.00 handling fee is applied to each package to cover packing materials.

3. Carriers & Service Area

• Carriers: Our primary carrier is UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver.
• Expedited Shipping: If you require an express option, please contact us at michelle@abboocandleco.com before placing your order for a custom quote.
• Shipping Accounts: To maintain our streamlined fulfillment process, we do not accept retailer-provided shipping accounts or labels.
• Service Area: We currently ship wholesale orders within the USA only.

4. Order Tracking & Accuracy

• Tracking: Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an automated email with your UPS tracking number.
• Address Accuracy: Retailers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Abboo Candle Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
• Redelivery: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the retailer will be responsible for the actual cost of re-shipping the order.

5. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Any shipping damages must be reported within 5 days of delivery via email with accompanying photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.
